Legal & General Surveying Services (LGSS), now known as Westmarq, has entered a new chapter following its transition to independent ownership.
The move enables the business to focus on its long-term growth strategy while continuing to provide valuation, surveying and related services to lenders across the UK. All employees transferred as part of the transaction, ensuring continuity for customers, partners and colleagues.
Since becoming independent, LGSS has continued to invest in its people, technology and service offering, building on more than two decades of experience supporting the residential lending market.
